3143 婺源 “國內郵資已付” 標簽 – 未作補罰的收件人付資 Wuyuan DPP Label - Recipient Paid Postage Without Penalty ​

Mailed on 22nd May 1949 from Siakitow (49.05.02) , 29th May arrived in Kiangwan (49.05.02) , Siakitow and Kiangwan are district/town within Wuyuan. Upon arriving in Kiangwan, the post office found the letter was not adhered with stamps. MCC then affixed the Wuyuan DPP Label being postage of Silver Yuan 4 fen (without penalty), which was paid by the recipient.​ 1949 年5月.22日, 寄自下溪頭（1949.0.5.02), 5月29日抵達江灣.
