3154 蒼悟 - 解放票用作欠資 Tsangwu – Liberation stamps were used as Postage Due​ ​

Although this letter was sent on 12th December 1949, (i.e. after the expiry of the two weeks grace period) Tsangwu (49.11.25) post office accepted the 5 fen Silver Yuan postage for domestic rate, however when this letter arrived Changsha, (49.08.04) Hunan, it was over four months after its liberation. The post office rejected the Silver Yuan postage. The recipient had to pay RMB 300. which was the domestic rate at the time.​ 1949年12月12日當 篬悟 (49.11.25) 郵局, 接受這上貼國內平信單位票 (相等銀元5分國內平信郵資) 時, 已超越兩週的銀元沿 用期，1949長12月2日抵達長沙 (49.08.04) 時，距離長沙解放已逾四個多月，長沙郵局癈除已付銀元5分，而要求收信人支 付人民幣300元的國內平信郵資。​ HK$ 11,000 - 15,000
