3046 因內戰松口成為郵件的轉運中心 Tsungkow as the mailing route due to war​ ​ 以下實寄封顯示1949年八至十月由激烈的內戦阻塞了部分郵路，松口由於它地處韓江上游（汕頭在韓江下游）及解放日 期早（1949.8.16）成為轉運中心。​ ​ Mailed on 19th August 1949 from Tsungkow (49.08.16) via Swatow (49.10.24) on 23rd August, 26th August arrived in Canton (49.10.14); affixed with one 1 fen and one 4 fen Revenue surcharged, consistent with the domestic postage at the time. Both Swatow and Canton were KMT Contolled Area at the time, yet their post offices were willing to handle mails from the liberated area in the absence of a postal cooperation agreement.​ 1949年8月19日由松口 (49.08.16) 寄,8月23日經汕頭 (49.10.24),8月26日抵達廣州 (49.10.14), 上貼印花改基數1分、4分各1枚, 合 共5分相等國內平郵資。當時汕頭與廣州還是國統區, 而在沒有通郵協定下, 處理從解放區來的郵件。 ​ HK$ 11,000 - 15,000
