Mailed on 14th October 1949 from Canton to Hong Kong; affixed with two Kwangtung Silver Yuan 1 fen. The 2 fen was the printing matter postage rate up to 1st August 1949. Printing matter rate at of 14th October should have been 2 ½ fen.
