Meet the Staff Steve Baffuto - President/CEO Steve handles overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Chamber. He has been on staff as President/CEO since December 2021. In his time with the Chamber, membership has grown by 150 members. Rachel Lucas - Programs and Events Coordinator Rachel oversees organizing and coordinating the events and programs that the Chamber puts on. She often serves as a point of contact for members when they set up their ribbon cuttings. Marissa Smith - Membership Director Marissa is often the first person that a business will speak to when joining the Chamber. She oversees guiding future

members through the onboarding process of the Chamber. She also enjoys connecting members with others so that their businesses can grow. Scott Whyte - Communications and Marketing Coordinator Scott is in charge of planning, producing, and executing all of the Chamber’s marketing efforts. He also sends out the Monday Morning Message and the Weekly Newsletter.
