(LoRa between the end nodes and the gateway, wired IP connectivity between the gateway and IBM.) • The end nodes are sending temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure information. • Data is visualized in IBM Bluemix using the IoT Platform Starter Kit + Node-RED.

Downlink communication is a custom editable text message sent from the user interface created in Bluemix. The message is visible on the serial monitor if there’s one opened to the Lion board.
