Arthroscopic Findings: ■ The patient had a large posterior HAGL lesion which was a capsular split variant (Fig. 3-85). ■ There was a posteroinferior labral tear (Kim lesion) (Fig. 3-86).

■ There was an anterior Bankart lesion (Fig. 3-87). ■ The Bankart lesion was repaired with double-loaded knotted suture anchors (BioComposite SutureTaks; Arthrex, Inc., Naples, FL) (Fig. 3-88).
