VIEWBLADDER 10™ TABLET BLADDER SCANNER ViewBladder 10 has been the standard of care in the long term care market. Long term care uses bladder scanning to assess post void residual. By accurately assessing post void residual bladder volume patient care is improved. This newest version of ViewBladder 10 alleviates the need to pause the scan and then use on screen measurement tools. Now the clinician simply starts scanning and when a bladder is detected the volume is displayed in real time. Interson developed ViewBladder 10 as the easiest to use, and most affordable bladder scanner. This newest version makes ViewBladder 10 as easy to use as a flashlight. Simply place the wand on the lower abdomen, point the wand to the location of the bladder, tilt and tip until you have seen the largest cross section on the screen. When the system sees a valid image, it displays the volume. When you have seen the largest image or largest number, simply stop the scan and the system jumps back to the largest bladder image that was scanned. The new ViewBladder 10, now with automatic bladder volume, enables clinicians to quickly assess post void residual with ease, accuracy and confidence. Catherization is done on patients who need to be catheterized and avoided on patients that don’t need to be catheterized.
