(b) Putting yourself in the ‘client’s shoes’: (i) list the key questions and information the client wants to know (ii) list the key questions and information the client needs to know. (c) Compare your introduction statement to the questions you listed in (b) and list any variances in the information. (d) Name some of the factors that may influence the information you provide to the client and/or key stakeholders.
