1999, Elizabeth supported Kosovo UN peacekeeping operations as C Company Rear Detachment Commander. She was retired from the military in 2001 a er a career ending injury. For her excellent service, Elizabeth was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon and the Army Aviator Badge. Elizabeth McCormick is a rare breed. Yes, there are many speakers out there, but very few can do what Elizabeth does. Because of her training as a Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot — her need to be precise and level-headed serves her tremendously well. ese are the same attributes needed in today’s Refrigeration Industry.
