Smooth and forgiving yet built for performance, the Switch enhances the skim style surf experience. It carves with ease, breaks free for spins and is designed to add consistency and progression to all your skate and skim inspired moves. The fiberglass and PU construction softens the overall ride and makes the board more forgiving for beginner and intermediate surfers. At the same time, with its sharp rails, fast rockerline, and “wider than your traditional pintail” shape, the Switch carries speed, locks into the wave, and delivers tons of control on the water. The board’s shape is designed to perform forwards or backwards so you can comfortably ride away on shuvits and 180s while taking advantage of the nearly full length machined EVA pad.

Built 100% with younger/smaller riders in mind, the Microwave is the perfect board to not only build the rider’s confidence and get them comfortable wakesurfing, but it also gives them everything they need to progress their surfing. Featuring a traditional skim style shape with some added width in the tail, the Microwave generates plenty of speed and forward drive making it easy for the rider to stay on the wave. Our color-coded pad simplifies learning - shift your body forward over the green portion of the pad to go faster and bring it back to the red portion to slow down.

At 63” & over 19.6 liters of volume, the Royale is big enough for almost anyone – but also responsive enough for serious shredding. Ideal for those with a smaller wake or bigger riders in need of more volume, the Royale provides the perfect blend of a forgiving ride with a surprising level of agility and freedom on the wave. Constructed with our new Surf CAP construction, the Royale is light for its size and more durable than you would expect..

Originally released in 2019, the Forte was designed to push the envelope of skim style surfing with more width in the tip and tail for stability and drive and a thin profile for a quick, carvy feel on the face of the wave. For 2020, it’s back and better than ever. Not only is it sporting a limited edition graphic celebrating O’Brien’s Pacific Northwest heritage, penned by the talented crew at The Great PNW, but we’ve also modified the fin setup; completely changing the dynamic of how you can ride this board. Instead of only having a single fin option, the Forte now features 3 FCS compatible fin boxes so you can tweak your fin settings to meet your desired performance characteristics. Go with the small single fin for that true skim feel and enjoy effortless spins and shuvs or change it up by throwing all the fins on for more of a surf feel with greater hold and powerful turns. Either way you choose to ride it, the Forte delivers endless fun on the wave!
