UPDATE ON CURRENT WORKING GROUP a. Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO) (Vrasidas – 3:00pm – 3:30pm)*

Yannis Vrasidas (Eurofins) will present the proposed Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPR®) for Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) including 3FL, 3’SL, 6’SL, DFL and LNT in Infant and

Adult/Pediatric Nutritional Formula for review by the stakeholders. b. Chlorates/Perchlorates (Mastovska/Phillips – 3:45pm – 4:15pm)*

Katerina Mastovska (Eurofins) & Melissa Phillips (NIST) will provide the background information including technologies for Chlorates/Perchlorates in Infant and Adult/Pediatric Nutritional Formula. c. Vitamin C Collaboration Project (Campos-Gimenez/Ning – 4:15pm – 4:45pm)* Esther Campos-Gimenez (Société des Produits Nestlé S.A.) & Lyu Ning (Qingdao Customs Technology Center) will provide the background information including technologies for Vitamin C in Infant and Adult/Pediatric Nutritional Formula. VI. METHODS UPDATES AND EXPERT REVIEW PANEL INFORMATION (Sullivan – 4:45pm – 4:55pm) Darryl Sullivan (Eurofins) will provide an update on the methods submitted for review and next steps to be discussed for the upcoming AOAC SPIFAN Expert Review Panel meeting. VII. TIMELINES/DEADLINES/WRAP-UP (Sullivan – 4:55pm-5:00pm) Darryl Sullivan (Eurofins) will provide a timeline of AOAC SPIFAN activities including upcoming deadlines, review of any action items, and additional questions.
