TUBECHECK is Prodim’s measuring solution to measure tubes and pipes of all sizes. This solution consists of the portable measurement device, the Proliner, and the TubeCheck software. Using Prodim TubeCheck, radii and angles of tubes and pipes are measured easily and quickly by simply scanning the relevant points with the Proliner pen. The Proliner automatically generates the centreline and desired intersections of the measured tube. All measurements and additional project related data are digitally stored in the Proliner and are available as a PDF report, CAD file and tubular data. The advanced version of Prodim’s measuring solution for tubes and pipes has been further improved. The new Prodim TubeCheck host software is a desktop application which allows the user to prepare measure- ments. Project and measurement related data are pre-entered and master data is prepared based upon XYZ/LRA data or even by imported CAD files. The method of alignment and required tube specifications and tolerances can be predefined. This added functionality saves time at the measuring location. The results of the measurements are instantly available on the Proliner. The use of Prodim TubeCheck is increasing worldwide.
