Hardening and tempering lines

Furnace tube range expanded CENTRAVIS, a global supplier of seamless stainless steel tube solutions, has widened its product offering with extra-long furnace and heater tubes, with a necessary grain size without additional heat treatment, destined for the petrochemical industry. The company is able to offer clients six more major heater sizes in lengths up to 15m, designed for petrochemical applications: 114 x 6.02 – 14.4m; 114 x 8.56 – 12.2m; 168.28 x 7.11 – 13m; 168.28 x 10.97 – 8.7m; 168.28 x 14.27 – 8m; and 219.08 х 8.18mm– 8m. Centravis is constantly working to improve its size range, quality and customer service, regarding furnace tubes.

application by manufacturing equipment, with power up to 28MW, for reheating in temperature and axial equalisation of billets on rolling mill lines or for slugs heating that then are hot forged, complete with automatic loading and unloading systems and of supervision system for the process control. The company is manufacturing ‘tandem’ equipment with total power of 6.6 MW for an important international group. This equipment is complete with soaking furnaces, for steel slugs heating up to 250kg of weight. In addition to the automatic systems for slugs loading and unloading, the equipment is supplied with a system for quick change of inductors and a system for emptying of the same inductors.
