Belt grinding of heavy bars and tubes GRIND Master has successfully installed three machines at different manufacturers of tubes and bars.

The company also offers automatic centreless belt grinding and finishing machines for belt grinding, bright finishing and satin finishing of round tubes and pipes. The machine has easy settings for quick change over. Up to ten floating belt grinding heads are offered, and an automatic loader/unloader is available as an option. Machines are designed for dry grinding as well as wet finishing. A wide range of consumables such as abrasive belts, flap wheels, non-woven wheels, and sisal and cotton buffs can be used in a pre-determined sequence for achieving the desired finish. Tubes up to 220mm diameter can be finished, and the machine can be offered with an auto tube size setting, which requires only 2-5 minutes for setting the machine.
