Description Building Surveillance Camera Replacements

Justification Best practice is to replace surveillance cameras every 6-7 years or when the manufacturer announces a product sunset date. Replacement equipment is required to keep up-to-date on certain versions of software, patches, security and to take advantage of new features and functionality such as video quality, tracking ability, and compression.
