Description Convert the lighting in the Police Department to LEDs.
Justification Conversion to LED lighting will decrease the cost of supplies needed and staff time spent replacing bulbs and ballasts, as well as decrease the utility costs to light the building. If energy efficiency grants are available, they will be applied for in order to help offset costs.
