Description Project includes the rehabilitation of the bituminous asphalt surface at the library (235 Lewis Street). The rehabilitation work includes full depth removal of the pavement, spot repair of pavement subgrade, spot curb and gutter repair, upgrade of sidewalk/pedestrian curb ramps, and a bituminous pavement reconstruction.

Justification This is a continuation of the city's pavement preservation program to maintain existing infrastructure. The city must also reconstruct pedestrian ramp facilities with ADA transition plan adopted in 2018.
