Description Car wash replacement of the blower, water system, and mechanical controls.
Justification The car wash controls are original to the facility, and most of the blower, water, and mechanical components are over 10 years old. The car wash is critical for prolonging the life and resale value of city vehicles. Additionally, Scott County, SPUC, and other mutual aid partners utilize this feature, and billing rates will be adjusted accordingly.
