Description The 2026 project is for pavement rejuvenator applications on bituminous roadways part of the 2025 Mill and Overlay and Full Depth Reconstruction Projects and new development roadways that were paved with the final wearing course in 2025.

Justification This is a continuation of the City's Pavement Preservation Program to maintain existing infrastructure.
