Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Low Pass Filter Passes DC to 6000MHz with High Stopband Rejection Mini-Circuits’ model XLF-662M+ is a MMIC reflectionless low pass filter with a passband from DC to 6000MHz and stopband from 9200 to 26000MHz. The filter provides 1.3dB passband insertion loss, 1.2:1 passband VSWR, stopband rejection of 30 dB from 9200 to 14000MHz and 36dB from 14000 to 26000MHz. 1.3:1 typical stopband VSWR results in minimal stopband signal reflections, eliminating spurs and improving system dynamic range. It also provides excellent power handling of up to 5W in the passband and 1.3W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. Dynamic-Range MMIC Amplifier Covers 1MHz to 1GHz with Internal Shutdown Feature Mini-Circuits’ TSS-13HLN+ is an ultra-high dynamic range MMIC amplifier covering the entire 1MHz to 1GHz bandwidth. This model includes an internal shutdown feature that allows users to protect the amplifier in the presence of large signals and to minimize DC power consumption. The amplifier achieves extremely high IP3 of +42.9dBm with 1.4dB noise figure and +28.4dBm output power at 1dB compression. It operates on a single 8V supply and comes housed in a 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ Cavity Filter Provides Sharp Selectivity for Narrow Passband from 2400 to 2500MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-2450-S+ is a bandpass cavity filter with a passband from 2400 to 2500MHz, supporting applications including ISM, radio location, and mobile communications. This model provides 0.7dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1 passband VSWR, and high rejection with excellent selectivity, reaching 55dB rejection at 2260MHz on the lower transition and 2635MHz at the upper transition. The rugged design can handle up to 15W RF input power and features a protective assembly which prevents accidental detuning that might otherwise require costly replacement or return to factory for re-tuning. Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Adapter Connects 1.85mm-F to 2.92mm-M, DC to 40GHz Mini-Circuits’ 185F-KM+ is a coaxial 1.85mm-F to 2.92mm-M adapter for interconnection of RF cable assemblies from DC to 40GHz. This model provides excellent VSWR of 1.04:1, low insertion loss of 0.11dB, and flat response across its full bandwidth. The unit features rugged, passivated stainless steel construction and measures only 0.79” in length.
