Mini-Circuits’Coaxial Pulse Amplifier, 0.0025 to 700MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZPUL-30P+ is a coaxial non-inverting pulse amplifier supporting a variety of applications from 0.0025 to 700MHz. The amplifier is capable of handling pulse widths from 6 to 15µs with 1.1ns typical rise/fall time and 1.5ns typical delay time. It provides 35dB gain with ±0.6dB flatness, +34dBm IP3 and +22dBm P1dB. Its rugged design features immunity to opens and shorts and built-in protection against reverse polarity.
