Areas of Focus If Concentrations do not quite fit a student's needs, it is recommended that they review Suffolk Law's Areas of Focus , which students can use to assist them in planning their program of study here at the law school, in light of their long-term career goals. Each of the sections has been developed and prepared by faculty members teaching in the practice area, and is aimed at providing guidance and direction to students as they select courses, externships and pursue other related activities. The lists of courses are not intended to be all-inclusive, and there can be significant diversity in the programmatic elements chosen by particular students. Please note that not all courses listed for each category will be offered every semester or every year.
