Frequently Asked Questions Online Banking

What is a device? A device can be a browser or application on your computer or smart phone.

What is a SAC? A Secure Access Code (SAC) is a code required to access Online Banking and adds an extra layer of protection to help secure your information.

I’ve already registered my device, why am I being asked to enter another SAC? The system did not recognize your device, which can happen for a number of reasons. Perhaps your browser has been set to automatically delete cookies upon closing or perhaps they were accidentally cleared from your history. Check your device setting to ensure you are retaining your cookies after each session. If it has been a year since you last registered your device, for security purposes, you will be required to re-register your devices. Stop payments require a check number. How do I stop electronic payments (ACH) that do not have a check number? We can stop electronic payments (ACH) with a written message, with all payment details, from your online banking to customer service. Why am I receiving an error “RDC Adapter Unavailable” after submitting a mobile deposit? This error occurs because the system requires the verbiage “For Mobile Deposit” written or stamped clearly below with your endorsement(s). Helpful Hint: Writing the verbiage below the line that reads “Do not write below this line” is acceptable if you are still receiving the error.
