Safety Training Videos Available The Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, an arm of the attorney general’s office, had previously developed a training course to help educators prepare for active shooter responses. Attorney General DeWine said Wednesday his office is developing short, supplemental videos for use by educators as well as parents, law enforcement, and others in the community on what do in response to an attack. Ten videos are available now, and an additional 15 are in the works. The videos offer pointers on topics such as the language school officials should use to give instructions to students and staff in case of an attack and ways to relay the most relevant information to 911 operators without swamping emergency dispatchers with calls. The videos were released alongside a companion workbook. All are free to use. The videos are available at .
