Movin' Out provides a range of housing solutions to adults with disabilities and to families that include children with disabilities. In Fond du Lac County, Movin’ Out offers a down-payment assistance program and a rehab program. Down-payment Assistance Program : Low income, first-time homebuyers who have at least one person in their household with a permanent disability. Rehab Program : Low income families who have at least one person in their household with a permanent disability who own their home and the land it’s on; forgivable loan to assist with non-cosmetic repairs and accessibility improvements for disabled person’s needs.
