Services: Program helps parents to manage their children’s behaviors with approaches and techniques that are specifically suited to meet the family’s needs. FTP’s goal is to preserve families by keeping children in their natural home. Services are typically funded through contracts with County DSS or DHS; Fond du Lac County does contract for services.

Programs and services: Assistance with learning hands on baby care, education regarding appropriate developmental skills, fames to play with the infants and toddlers, reinforcing personal support systems, coping abilities, self-esteem, self-reliance, and knowledge. Eligibility: First time mothers whose children are ages 0-3. Children must be eligible and enrolled in Medical Assistance (including Healthy Start and Badger Care). Fee: No cost to families who are involved in the Family Foundations Program.
