This year we have found it necessary to apply an increase across the board to our hardware prices. This is due to world market challenges, the fluctuating Dollar exchange rate and continued economic uncertainty within the UK market. This has not been an easy decision, but it is necessary with such challenging and changeable conditions. To mitigate the hardware price increase, we are freezing our graphics prices for the foreseeable future and they will not increase. You will see that our quantity breaks have remained the same and we are still offering our Standard and Accelerated Delivery lead time rates. As a reminder, our Standard Delivery covers our normal service and is the rate included in the media price list. We also offer an Accelerated Delivery service, when you need a fast turnaround. For Accelerated Delivery, please add 10% to the Standard Delivery rate. Please note all delivery lead time rates are ex works. Recently we have implemented an improved artwork process to speed up and simplify the approvals service. This includes automating the pre-flight check to automatically generate a pass/fail e-mail. If your artwork is correct, you will usually receive an approval e-mail two hours after that. For more details about the artwork process and what to do if your artwork fails pre-flight, please see page 125.
