The unit guides students through the skills for effective group work. Not only are the skills of communication and collaboration assessed, but also the student’s ability to reflect on their role and that of others in the group. How to set up and use an analytical research log to record their learning throughout the unit. How to research and trust a website The skills required to do effective research The importance of reliable information when presenting news stories. How to assess each other’s work against criteria     Students learn: 
