WHAT WILL I BE DOING? • assist PGA of America staff in achieving corporate hospitality service goals • facilitate credential and ticket distribution at your respective hospitality venue • communicate with clients and company planners regarding the details of their purchases • ensure your venue is fully operational, both structurally and aesthetically • provide assistance for corporate clients upon arrival and departure each day WHAT: Corporate Hospitality Student-Volunteer at the 101 st PGA Championship WHEN: May 13-19, 2019 WHERE: Bethpage State Park, Black Course | Farmingdale, NY, USA

WHAT DOES MY DAY LOOK LIKE? • MORNING: participate in PGA staff

and vendor meetings, hospitality venue preparation, conduct credential/ticket distribution, welcome and assist corporate clients upon arrival • MID-DAY: vendor check-in meetings, provide hospitality venue report, carry out consumer and event photography • EVENING: assist clients in departure, review and provide update of any structural, aesthetic, or service issues within hospitality venue, prepare site for the following day

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST? • voluntary, unpaid position • must provide personal transportation and lodging accommodations
