The renovation created a harmonious blend of the historic and modern elements of the hotel, and great care was taken to respect the rich heritage; most notable are the fleur-de-lis moldings on the ceilings and the hotel facade. The suite incorporates familiar Sofitel features, starting with the essential king-size Sofitel MyBed, complete with finest 600-thread-count cotton sheets and goose- down duvet. Natural fabrics, white Italian marble, luxurious carpet and dark-wood accents create an understated ambience that complements the beautifully proportioned classical architecture.
