Cruise Collection 2019 Brochure

Aria The 147-foot Aria first set sail in 2011. Spacious and indulgent, yet intimate enough to feel entirely exclusive, the 16-cabin ship incorporates generous dining and lounging areas, including an outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the Amazon’s river views. The Aria can accommodate up to 32 guests, plus a crew of 24 including a paramedic and 4 English speaking naturalist guides. Floor to ceiling windows face the Amazon River (with blackout windows for maximum privacy) in each of the 16 Design Suites, 4 of which can interconnect for families. Handsomely decorated with natural fibers and neutral hues, these air conditioned accommodations with sitting areas and en suite bathrooms each measure 250 square feet. Amazon River Expedition, p. 32

Caledonian Sky Built in 1991 as a private yacht, the Caledonian Sky has been completely refurbished to become an elegant expedition vessel. She carries 100-114 guests, depending on the destination, in spacious suites offering ocean views, sitting area (some with a private balcony), well-appointed bathrooms, flat-screen TV, telephone, personal safe, hairdryer, and mini-fridge. The ship also has a dining room, two bars, library, lounge with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, a medical clinic and doctor, small gym and salon, ample outdoor decks, and an elevator that serves all decks. A fleet of Zodiacs allows landings at remote locations. We also offer cruises aboard her sister ship, the Island Sky (see our website for details) Treasures of Japan with South Korea, p. 25 Best of Micronesia: Rabaul to Palau, p. 28 Papua New Guinea Cruise, p. 28

Le Bougainville & Le Champlain

The gracious sister ships Le Bougainville and Le Champlain each feature 92 elegantly designed staterooms and spacious suites with large windows and lounge areas that open onto the outside. Both offer innovative and environment-friendly designs, and the public spaces include a pool, outside bar and dining area, theater, single-seating dining room, panoramic lounge, sun deck, salon, and a spa and fitness room. The ships carry a fleet of Zodiacs, and since they fly the French flag, (and since it is an essential part of French culture), gastronomy naturally has place of pride aboard these ships.
