Happy AHP Day

Monday 15 October was the date chosen for the very first national AHP Day, a celebration of Allied Health Professionals and the important contribution they make at East Lancashire Hospitals and throughout the NHS. Staff from our eight AHP disciplines – radiology, theatre practitioners, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, orthotists and orthoptists grasped the chance to promote their specialities to colleagues, patients and members of the public.
