Dates of Examinations. THE following are the dates of the May, 1916, Examinations :— Preliminary—18th and 19th May (Notices to be lodged in Secretary's Office on or before 2nd May). Final—24th, 25th and 26th May (Notices to be lodged in Secretary's Office on or before 8th May). LECTURES will be delivered to the Senior Class by Professor Mayne upon the following dates :— April 28. May 2, 5, 9, 10 (Wednesday), 12 16, 17 (Wednesday), 19, 23, 24 (Wednes day), 26 and 30. JUNIOR CLASS. Lectures will be delivered to the Junior Class by Professor White upon the following dates :—- April 27, 'May 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29, and 31 (Wednesday). ALL communications connected with THE GAZETTE (other than advertisements) should be addressed to the Secretary of the Society, Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts, Dublin. 2. Certificate on Application for Determination of any Question. In the County Court of Division of In the Matter of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (War Restrictions) Act, 1915. Between A.B. (address and description) Applicant, and C.D. (address and description) Respondent. On the application of (set out the applicant) for (set out terms of notice of motion) and upon hearing (set out the parties and witnesses sworn and affidavits read). This Court doth pursuant to the above- mentioned Act determine— (set out the -determination) (a), and it is ordered that the respondent C.D. [or the applicant A.B.] do pay to the applicant A.B. [or to the respon dent C.D.] his costs of this application which are hereby allowed at the sum of £ for costs, and £ for witnesses' expenses, making together the sum of £ and the several sheriffs (set out the ordinary • order as to execution).
