City Hall houses administrative offices as well as the Troy Police Department and municipal courtroom. Board of Aldermen meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council chambers. The public is welcome to attend anyone wishing to address the board should contact Troy City Clerk Jodi Schneider at 636-528-4712 to request placement on the agenda. No dogs are permitted to run at large within the city limits. Limit of two dogs per household. New litters of puppies shall be weaned

and removed from the premises no later than eight weeks from date of birth. ALL dog owners shall provide proof of vaccinations and apply for dog tag(s)/licenses(s) by July 1 of each year. Unlicensed dogs or dogs found running at large shall be picked up by Troy’s animal control officer and impounded in the shelter for a period of not less than five days. Upon the presentation of a current vaccination tag, a receipt for dog license for the current year, and a summons issued by the Police Department, the animal control office shall release the dog to its owner.
