Food Safety Phone: (636) 528-6117 option 2 The Office of Environmental Sanitation conducts two or more unannounced inspections of all food service establishments annually. If deficiencies are found, more frequent inspections are made to assure corrective actions are taken. These inspections are governed by the Lincoln County Food Code adopted 10-18-2011, regulating the design, construction, management and operation of those establishments. The Food Code is adopted from the Food Code, 2009 Recommendations of the US Public Health Service/Food and Drug Administration, and all policies and amendments. Our Mission: To promote social and emotional wellness for children and their families through collaborative education, service, and referral efforts. The Lincoln County Wellness Center is designed to serve children and youth, ages 19 and under, who are experiencing mild to moderate substance abuse, emotional or psychiatric symptoms.
