SIMPLY STRENGTH 1 (55 years & over) Exercises will be taught with a var- iety of equipment to increase bal- ance, range of motion & strength and will help you regain or main- tain your ability to climb stairs, get in and out of a chair or car, and maintain your balance while walking and standing. Schedule subject to change STRETCH & STRENGTH (55 years & over) This class begins with a moderate level warm up followed by exer- cises that focus on strengthening, toning and stretching key muscles.
