The Company is headquartered at 12, place des États-Unis, 75016 Paris and is listed on Euronext. The consolidated financial statements reflect the accounting position of Pernod Ricard and its subsidiaries (the “Group”). They are presented in euros and rounded to the nearest million.

The Group’s business is the production and sale of wines and spirits. The consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 were approved by the Board of Directors on 28 August 2019.
