Following each Monitor visit, we ask our registered sites and companies for feedback about their Monitor and the meeting itself.
Good meeting with Roger Tiller for the second time. He has a good knowledge base of the Slough/SEGRO jobs which made it easier when explaining client constraints. He gave some good feedback/ideas for future projects. A good visit overall. We have met with Stuart James twice now and each time we are guided towards further improvements that we may not have considered ourselves, so it is really useful having this contact via Stuart.
John Garrad was a very knowledgeable person and very pleasant to talk to. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Paul Senior visited our site at Suthers School in Newark, I felt we immediately struck up a good relationship and I found Paul very approachable, knowledgable and courteous, it was a pleasure to meet him.
It was nice to meet Chris O’Sullivan , very professional and knowledgeable with some useful tips for future inspections.
I really enjoyed the visit from Brian Farnworth and gained a wealth of information on how CCS is continuing to move forward.
Brian Thomson gave a thorough and comprehensive explanation of the CCS expectations and goals. He also gave valuable pointers and advice on how to better ourselves as a company and at site level in regards to the Scheme. An excellent first meeting with Colin Fuller - felt very comfortable with the whole process. I better understand our failings and look to implement and improve for any future visits.
David Cowperthwaite came across well, made me feel very comfortable during the process, a pleasure to meet him.
The Scheme thanks Monitors for their professional and courteous conduct when visiting registered sites, companies and suppliers.
