Protocols for the Use and Reproduction Bearing the Seal of the FBINA & FBINAA, Inc.: The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation has authorized the National Board of the FBINAA, Inc., to authorize and limit the use of the official Seal of the FBI National Academy, pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 709. The authorization includes responsibility to ensure that the use of and/or reproduction of the Seal follows the standards provided in this guidebook. The FBINAA is acting as a steward of the Seal and must approve its use.
