• Yersinia enterocolitica ‐ gastroenteritis – 54 serogroups – Most human pathogenic O:3, 8, 9, 5, 27 – ~20% Identical with pestis • Yersinia pseudotuberculosis ‐ gastroenteritis

– Serogroups I‐VI with subgroups in I‐IV – Serogroup Ib most similar to plague – ~90% Identical with pestis
