Ulster U20s got their inter-provincial campaign off to the perfect start with a bonus point win over Connacht at Kingspan Stadium last Friday night and Jack was one of four Academy players to get their season off to a try scoring start. Speaking about preparation for the Series: “It’s been a tough 12 weeks,” explains Owens. “We have been training hard at Newforge four days a week but it’s all worth it when you come to Kingspan on a Friday night and put four tries away against Connacht, we are delighted with our start.” The U20s host Leinster tomorrow at Kingspan Stadium, kick off 4.00pm, before travelling to take on Munster in Cork next weekend.
