Interlock When you choose a product with interlock knitting, you get an even, soft material that is ideal for printing. It is a flat knit that is elastic and well-suited to products that are in contact with your body. Interlock is generally used for undergarments and other products that touch the skin as the interlock knitting method results in a product that is just as soft on both sides.
