HOW TO GET THERE Choose any mode of transport on your visit to Madrid: the city has a modern infrastructure.

AIRPORT Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is approximately 30 minutes away from the city centre. You can get there by train, un derground or express bus. AVE This is Spain's high-speed train. The cities it serves include Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and Seville, among others. After a fast and comfortable journey you'll arrive in Atocha, right in the heart of the city. There are var ious passes and discount cards available, such as the Renfe Spain Pass, valid for up to ten trips on all AVE high-speed trains. CAR Spain has an extensive and modern network of roads, motorways and dual carriageways criss-crossing the entire country on which you can travel from end to end in total com fort and safety.
