9.3.2 If an employee forgets to swipe in, there will only be an out time 9.3.2.1 The fiscal analyst will fix the swipe manually, but a supervisor will need to verify via email that what was entered is correct 9.3.2.1.1 Time punch verification email to supervisor to notify the supervisor that a swipe time is missing and request that they verify the manual entry.

9.3.3 If an employee forgets to swipe out on a previous day, but swipes in the next day; the system pays them for that time because it does not cut off if that out punch is missing.
