9.3.3.1 If two out times appear, it will cause the system to create another time line automatically. 9.3.3.1.1 The second swipe will need to be removed manually by the fiscal analyst, and time will not be captured by the PU admin until Sunday if it is entered after close of business (roughly 5 pm). 9.3.4 On days when there is no in or out swipe, an email should be sent to the supervisor asking if the employee worked or if leave should have been requested. 9.3.4.1 No pay is received if no in or out time is entered, or there is no leave request submitted for that day. 9.3.5 All supervisors are asked to plug in scheduled out times of 3 pm on Payroll Fridays; employees should NOT SWIPE OUT. 9.3.5.1 If an employee does not leave work until after 3:15 pm, he/she will NEED TO SWIPE OUT. 9.3.5.1.1 The 3 pm manual time originally entered by the supervisor will then be deleted by the fiscal analyst. 9.3.6 The PU admin will not pick up the day for the following reasons: An out swipe is missing on Payroll Friday, the supervisor entered an employee out time after close of business, or the supervisor did not enter a manual out time at all for an employee on Payroll Friday. 9.3.6.1 Overtime will also not be captured because the employee would be short hours for the week, and will therefore only be paid for 4 days. 9.3.6.1.1 If swipes or leave requests are missing for a day, an email should be sent to the supervisor requesting an explanation. 9.4 Assigned Schedule versus Managed Schedule 9.4.1 Manage schedule is a day by day adjustment.
