Within Chivas we have an on-line Time & Attendance system – “My Options”.

The system is managed by our partners “Crown Workforce Management” and provides all Line Managers with the functionality to:

✓ Authorise and view team holidays ✓ Register absences, including working from home ✓ Authorise overtime ✓ Enter clockings ✓ Perform shift swaps ✓ Clear exceptions

In addition, your team members can:

✓ Request holidays ✓ Pre-book business travel and off-site working
