THE iLEAD PROCESS

i-Lead is the Group performance , talent and succession management tool.

At Chivas we have our own performance management process therefore we only use i-Lead when identifying talent and successors for potential roles in other Group companies. If during career aspiration conversations with your employee they indicate an interest in a role in another Pernod Ricard company then, subject to their performance rating, they may be included in the i-Lead process. The process is completed and submitted to the Group in Autumn each year .

It is mandatory for our Executive Committee members to be included in the iLead process.

It is important to note that even if employees are not included in the i-Lead process they can still apply for any suitable roles advertised though I-Move.

Being included in the i-Lead process does not mean employees will automatically be considered for any Group vacancies advertised through i-Move .

Upon applying for a role in another part of the Group it is typical that the recruiting manager will refer to an individual’s i-Lead form to understand the strengths and development needs of the employee as well as their career history and aspirations .
