INTRODUCTION

As a Leader and a Line Manager within CBL it’s really useful to have an understanding of the range of benefits, procedures, policies, systems etc. which seek to provide frameworks and guidance as to how to get the best out of your team – and to treat everyone fairly and consistently. You and your team members have access to a range of people related information via the People section of Chivas Spirit and whilst you are not expected to know everything – your team will see you as a point of contact for all of their needs. This section will help to familiarise you with the things which will be useful in the everyday management of your people – and some topics which you may only come up against once in a while.

The People section of Chivas Spirit provides a range of resources – but remember your HR Partner is always on hand to assist.
