The key aims of the programme are to be:

1. Local – each business area is responsible for gathering nominations and managing awards in their area 2. Immediate – teams can reward employees throughout the year 3. Informal – business areas manage awards locally at a time suitable to them and the winner/s without the need for formal prize- giving ceremonies 4. Individual – choice for the winners in terms of the reward they receive

Chivas VIP is a great way to recognise employees who have gone the extra mil e and delivered above and beyond expectations.

Nomination is not restricted to your direct team - you can nominate anyone for a VIP award. Employees can be nominated for a specific action or piece of work which would be considered exceptional – either in terms of delivery or because it falls beyond the normal remit of their role – those who live our competencies and values , are a role model and example to others and a positive ambassador for our company.
